About Agora
Our mission
Agora is a non-partisan citizen information service that makes the work of democratic institutions accessible to all: the National Assembly of Québec, the Parliament of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. We use artificial intelligence to summarise their proceedings in plain language.
How it works
Every day, our system automatically collects the documents published by the National Assembly of Québec, the Parliament of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. An AI model then writes structured summaries — a short one and a detailed one — which are classified by topic and made available on this platform.
Editorial policy
Agora does not take any political position. Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence from official public documents. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace reading the original texts.
Our sources
Agora reads the public records published by the National Assembly of Québec, the Parliament of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. These records belong to their publishers and stay free on their sites. Agora does not sell them: the Pro plan pays for Agora's own work, namely its summaries, the assistant and access to the whole archive.
